Apply to the 19th Annual Garden Mart and Secret Garden Tour & Chesapeake Festival and Green Expo

Seeking Vendors! The Gardens de Grace Club and Havre de Grace Maritime Museum are hosting the annual Garden Mart & Plant Sale and 19th Annual Secret Garden Tour on Saturday, May 17th and Sunday, May 18th, 2025. We are looking for vendors to display and sell nature-inspired merchandise, handmade products, or items involving gardening. Food vendors are also welcome, by selection.

Vendor areas will be expanded to include Concord Point Park for 2025, in addition to Havre de Grace Maritime Museum and Lighthouse Keeper’s House grounds. One or two day vending is available, from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. each date. Overnight security will be provided. Please fill out the Vendor Application Form and pay by April 15, 2025. 

Seeking Presenters - New for 2025! The Environmental Center of the Havre de Grace Maritime Museum is teaming up with the Head of the Chesapeake Watershed Alliance to bring educational programming to the Garden Mart event. We are seeking individuals or groups to deliver lectures or workshops to the public about environmental or gardening related topics. Please fill out the Presenter RFP Form, and we will contact you for more information.

Seeking Plein Air Artists! Artists will be stationed in Secret Garden Tour locations for both days of the event on Saturday, May 17th and Sunday, May 18th, 2025. A two month long art show with an opening night event for the artists to have an opportunity to sell their work is organized to launch the following week. Please fill out the Call for Artists Form to apply.
