Maryland Boating Safety Course

Sat, Apr 2, 2022 from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM and Sun, Apr 3, 2022 from 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

This two-day course satisfies the requirements for operating a vessel on Maryland waters. A Certificate of Boating Safety Education is issued by the Department of Natural Resources upon satisfactory completion. Instructors from the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary will be teaching two interactive online sessions followed by an online test taken at your convenience. Attendance at both online sessions is required to pass.

If you've never taken an online class before, we can arrange a short "practice session" beforehand to ensure that you are able to access the course without any problems. You can use your computer, tablet, or smartphone to access the course.

Cost: $20.00 per student (FREE for First Responders, Active Military, Sea Scouts, and all medical/hospital employees with valid ID)
