Bird Walk

The Havre de Grace Maritime Museum hosted an evening bird walk on Wednesday, October 3. Sarah Shpak, Havre de Grace Environmental Center welcomed the group and the walk was led by Professor Colleen Webster, Harford Bird Club.

Approximately two dozen participants strolled along the Havre de Grace Promenade, with vistas of the mouth of the Susquehanna River and the headwaters of the Chesapeake Bay. Numerous birds were spotted and identified while participants were walking on the beautiful Promenade.

This event was jointly sponsored by the Environmental Center at the Havre de Grace Maritime Museum and the Harford Bird Club.
